Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and place a large, heavy pot with a lid (such as a Dutch oven) inside the oven to heat up for at least 30 minutes. While the pot is heating up, turn the dough out onto a floured surface and shape it into a ball. You can also fold the dough a few times to help shape it. Carefully remove the hot pot from the oven and place the dough inside it. Don't worry about greasing the pot; the dough won't stick. Cover the pot with the lid and bake for 30 minutes.
